Bridget aka “Pixie”
I started taking pole classes in 2009 and shortly after became an instructor.  I have been dancing since I was little and trained in everything from ballet to jazz, gymnastics and tap. I was also a cheerleader for 6 years and coached for 1 year.

All of my dance and gymnastic backgrounds really show in my classes because of my flexibility. If your looking to be more flexible and learn new fun ways to stretch, my class is for you!

Diane
I started taking pole classes in 2010. I’ve been with flaunt fitness since it opened in 2012. I started off as a student, after a few months I began to teach the intermediate/ advance classes. I am very passionate about teaching pole. I am always looking for new and better ways to help my students progress and become the best they can!

If you’re looking to get past your fear of advanced movements, or need that extra push to get you to even attempt them, or just to learn something new, my class is for you!

Erica
I recently moved to Philadelphia from metropolitan Detroit to pursue a Masters degree from Temple University. I attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for undergrad and have a background in jazz and hip hop dance. I began my pole dance career in 2010 at a fitness studio in Michigan and have been teaching pole in Philly since 2012.

Even though I am relatively new to Philly and Flaunt, both already feel like home! I love bringing my sexy, flow style of dance to the students of Flaunt. The classes and women at Flaunt Fitness are amazing and I love being a part of such a wonderful Pole Family
Peggy
I started pole dancing after my 38th birthday pole party back in 2006. I have been teaching on and off for 4 years now. My main interests are in aerial pole tricks and I absolutely love helping students nail a difficult move and advance to the next level!
Sakinah aka "KINA"
I started taking pole lessons because I though it would be a fun and interesting way to workout and I've been poling ever since. I am a very silly person and I love to laugh. Teaching people to pole is super fun for me and I love seeing other feel accomplished when they learn something new. I promise if you give poling a try you won't regret it

Marina
I took my first pole class in 2007 and fell in love with it. I never thought that this work out could be so fun! I trained myself in modern, house and hip-hop dance up until 2012 when I discovered pole dance. All previous dance experience helped me learn fast and now I can’t imagine my life without pole and Flaunt Fitness. I started taking private classes in 2013 and I began working at Flaunt Fitness in 2014!
Kat
I started my pole career in 2007 when a woman in a sex shop on South Street asked me my opinion on a pair of boots. Compelled to know why this woman was buying these boots I asked the question and the answer I received changed my life forever. She instructed at a small studio in Philly and after one class I was hooked attending every class I could take. I was soon asked to assist and then instruct and as I grew in pole so did my students. I became known for fitness, problem solving and dance teaching the first coed pole fitness class in Philly and designing a modern dance pole class as well. I soon became interested in coaching, performing and competing and in 2014 I competed in my biggest competition to date. The competition was FBPOLE and the Arnold Classic's 3rd Pole World Cup, where I traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and competed along side other competitors from around the world. I look forward to many more competitions in my future but as a new member to the Flaunt Fitness family I have been focusing on developing my training and teaching style in my new home. I am so grateful to be here and bring my choreography and conditioning styles to my beautiful new pole family.
Julia
After years of being consistently unsatisfied with "traditional" exercise methods I took a chance and started my pole fitness journey in 2012 and never looked back! I spent a year as a formal student and then transitioned to assisting. While I will always consider myself a student, being an assistant instructor has allowed me to take my practice to the next level, share what I've learned, and hopefully help others reach their goals.

My focuses include safely building strength and conditioning the body for the pole, using the pole as a tool for muscle development and flexibility, and having fun and feeling sexy while getting in to your best shape! I love working with first-time students, advanced polers, and anyone in between. I look forward to working with you in class, during a private lesson, or at a party!
Morgan
I have been freestyle dancing and choreographing for seven years.  I started in Philly and have now expanded to Atlantic city and beyond.  I worked in places such as providence, haven, mixx, showboat, ceasars, shampoo and recently scores. I am also a hairstylist in a north philly salon during the day. I teach the Hip Hop Boot Camp/ Cardio classes at Flaunt Fitness and I really put my heart and soul into my dancing.

My classes are a guaranteed workout so come ready to SWEAT while still having an amazing time and learning some new dance steps in the mix!
Vanessa
Vanessa began taking dance and gymnastics lessons when she was six years old. She instantly knew that she wanted to dance for the rest of her life.  She attended the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts as a dance major and has been performing professionally since she graduated.  Next to live performance, teaching is her most loved passion.  For over fifteen years Vanessa has been instructing Dance, Gymnastics, Cheerleading and Fitness classes for all ages and levels of expertise. Some of her professional achievements include opening up the live, aired Welcome America Concert featuring Elton John, touring the east coast as an African dancer for "The Shaquille O'Neal All Star Comedy Jam Tour," being featured on the TV show "Dancin' On Air" and being captain of the professional dance team the "Fly Girls" for the Philadelphia Spinners of the AUDL.  In 2010 she was chosen to provide the warm up for over 200 prospective Eagles Cheerleaders and as an instructor has managed and created several successful group exercise programs for local gyms in her hometown of Philadelphia.  Her choreography has also been featured in Showcases for Koresh Dance Company.  Having recently returned from three years of performing and teaching in Las Vegas, she is ready to work hard to inspire Philadelphia to keep dancing and have fun doing it!
Samantha
Samantha grew up dancing from the age of 3 so of course Zumba became natural to her. She wanted something more challenging in her workout classes. That's when she found out about Piloxing. It combines the dancing that she loves with muscle toning. "The best of both worlds", she thought. There weren't mamy places to take Piloxing in the city so she decided to get certified and teach it herself. She has been teaching Piloxing since Spring 2012 and can't get enough of it!

Sean
After witnessing one too many pole fails in the nightlife I decided to take my first in-studio pole class in 2009. I was hooked from the first class! Years of lifting weights and high endurance exercises had not given me what Pole Art gave me in a 1 hour class!

My dance is very strength based. I enjoy pushing myself and others to find that last burst of energy required to land that certain trick you thought couldn't happen. I want to remove the current misconception of Pole Art in Philadelphia from what's seen on TV and films into the intense physical activity and beautiful art form I truly believe that it can become.
